I get it. Learning to ride a bike can be intimidating, especially as an adult. And the older we get, the more intimidating it becomes. I know because I learned to ride a bike in my early 30s. But what better time to learn than right now? Learning to ride a bicycle today can be the beginning of many fun adventures.

I launched i-cycle with a primary objective of teaching adults how to ride a bicycle. Learning to ride as an adult helped me develop a plan that can get you pedaling in as little as an hour.
